Mobility Data (Historical Covid-19)
This dataset falls under the category Raw Mobility Data.
It contains the following data: As a result of the physical distancing measures adopted in response to the coronavirus pandemic, there was a temporary reduction in the daily mobility of the inhabitants of Mexico City. From the second half of March 2020, significant decreases in the use of public and private transportation were observed. Under this context, daily mobility tracking was performed to monitor the behavior of the population during the pandemic and to make health decisions. Among the datasets collected for mobility monitoring are the affluence indexes of Mexico City's transportation agencies (Metro, Metrobus, Trolleybus, Tren ligero, RTP, Ecobici), the vehicle traffic indexes provided by Waze and Tom Tom, the utilization index of urban highways (Autopista Urbana Sur and Autopista Urbana Norte and Supervia) and the affluence index of the Tren Suburbano, the Mexibus and the Mexicable of the State of Mexico.
